But it is equally good on chips, burgers, sandwiches, grilled veggies, fish, chicken, potatoes, omeletes, — one person said they even used it on chili! So you can use your imagination. Salsa Island Signature Salad

INGREDIENTS

Chicken (either chipotle grilled or
mesquite barbequed/chicken breast)
Romaine lettuce
Iceberg lettuce
Black Beans (add last)
Tortilla chip strips
Red onion thinly sliced
Sliced Avacados
Tomatoes chopped or cherry tomatoes
Mango/optional
Add Salsa Island Dressing to top it off
Turn on some Salsa or Spanish music

Salsa Island ClassicTaco Salad

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup prepared salsa
1/4 cup Salsa Island Dressing
1 teaspoon canola oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound chicken or beef -grilled
2 large plum tomatoes, diced
1 14 -ounce can kidney beans, rinsed
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
8 cups shredded romaine lettuce
1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar
cheese. Add Zesty/Creamy dressing

Chicken Sandwich/Red Peppers

INGREDIENTS

Chicken Breast (grilled, or pan fried)
Grilled Sourdough bread
in light olive oil
Grilled red bell peppers
Grilled yellow onion
Slice of smoked gouda cheese
Salsa island Dressing Wow!

BAJA FISH TACOS, WITH MANGO

Taco shells
1 pound cod fillets, rinse and dry
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon Mexican oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
8 com tortillas, warmed
2 cups shredded green or red cabbage
1/2 cup aumbled cotija cheese (or queso
fresoo, or shredded Monterey Jack)
Preheat oven to 425°F. Stir together mango,
bell pepper, lime juice, cilantro, onions and
jalapeno in a medium bowl; set aside. Place
cod on 2 lage sheets of parchment paper.
Make tacos, add Salsa Island Zesty

Hot Mama Omelet

INGREDIENTS

Jalapenos/JalapenoJuice
2-3 Eggs
PepperJack Cheese
Cheddar Cheese
Fresh Cilantro
Olive Oil or Butter for cooking
Salsa Island Zesty Dressing
Tomatoes is desired
Sliced Jalapenos (optional)
Blend Jalapeno Juice to eggs
Cook eggs in olive oil or butter
Add cheeses
Top with cilantro/Salsa Island
